January 4th

No Weekly Check-Ins for the short week. It has been great having our Loons together again! 

Some things we did this week:
  • Reviewed adding three digits in math
  • Began a new writing unit on informational writing
  • Worked on our New Year's Resolutions
  • Practiced our good reading habits
  • Learned about nonfiction reading
Some things to ask your child:
  • What did you do for STEAM?
  • What is your New Year's Resolution? 
  • What are you writing about? 
Important dates: 
  • NO SCHOOL January 21st-Civil Rights Day
  • Field Trip February 1st- More info to come soon!
